Senior Product Designer at Bestow
🌎 US Only • Full-time • May 26 2021
For this role, we're looking for a driven, metrics-oriented, digital Senior Product Designer who is ready to make a significant impact. Our ideal candidate is an empathetic, data-informed "solutioneer" capable of thinking through worst-case scenarios and looking beyond the walls of Bestow and life insurance for answers.
Your Day to Day:
You are comfortable working in an environment quantified by Growth KPIs and looking for opportunities to impact business objectives, all while examining and balancing user behaviors. On a daily, you'll be crafting hypotheses, designing and running experiments, and interpreting those results.
You'll solve complex, often ambiguous product problems at all phases of the product life cycle. You'll be involved from research to validation to implementation.
Your ability to translate data, insights, and user research into tangible solutions is key to working as a Senior Product Designer.
Validating Features and Requests
You'll work closely with your Product Manager and Design Lead to vet the priority and usefulness of feature requests. You'll prioritize requests as they come in and design and validate your proposed solutions through data and user testing.
Producing Design Deliverables
Bestow product designers create high-quality artifacts throughout the design process. These include wireframes, high-fidelity visual designs, prototypes, and robust design documentation. As a Senior Product Designer, you will ensure your work's quality and help others do the same.
