About the role

We are looking for Product Design leaders that are excited about the prospect of being player-coach while seeding and building our design team at a hypergrowth company.

You would be joining our Product team working with a fast-growing and fast-moving EPD organization. Our product today manages millions of dollars of invoices and pays thousands of participants on both sides of the market. But, we have only scratched the surface in the space of products and experiences we could build, and we need your help.

You're excited to be a generalist in our rapidly growing marketplace. You will not be building things with the hope that people need it, but rather filling the desperate needs of our users while innovating in ways they didn't even know they needed. You'll have to be adaptable, learn quickly, and have a deep interest in understanding our business, our users, and our product.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product design of our products
• Break down complex ideas into simple, elegant and user-centric solutions
• Own our brand imaging and messaging
• Create intuitive, seamless and delightful experiences for our customers

Qualifications:

• Have at least 4+ years of work experience as a product designer
• Ability to be self-directed, self-motivated, organized and disciplined Flexible and agile
• Strong understanding of mobile + web best practices
